Cowgirl Creamery - cheeseplate to go!

So my colleagues lured me out of the office on Friday with promises of lunch from the Cowgirl Creamery, the full-on cheese shop at 919 F street NW. Thank God. 

Now I know that:

1) There is a lunch sized cheese-plate available to go during lunch hours at Cowgirl!  Three lovely slices of "Bermuda Triangle" goat cheese on a bed of micro-greens with a roll and some delicious olive oil for dipping. Yes Virgina, there is a cheeseplate to go available in downtown DC.  (note:  under sit-down circumstances, I would complain that there is only one kind of cheese, but for a quick lunch, I'll settle)

2) While searching the web for that little Cowgirl Creamery logo in the corner, I discovered they have a "Library of Cheese" available on-line!! Cheese geeks, brace yourself...
